As a mom of 7, we have educated our children with a variety of methods. I also know from experience what it is like to have kids in school while trying to implement a healthy lifestyle.

Once I became certified as a GAPS health coach, I realized how homeschooling was the best way to support the healthy lifestyle we really wanted for our kids.
